Summer Volleyball Action on the Beach

The Gulf Shores Orange Beach Sports Commission still has a variety of sports events coming your way this summer. Are you a fan of the game of volleyball? You won’t want to miss the amazing beach volleyball action taking place on July 19, 2014. Junior and adult volleyball athletes will hit the sand to compete in the Gulf Coast Region USA Volleyball Beach Series Tournament.

Gulf Coast teams will be showing off all of their bumps, sets, and spikes on the Gulf Shores beach. The players will be serving up some thrills as their teams vie for the championship on the sugary white sands. Whether you’re a local or a visitor, you’ll enjoy all the excitement of this physically demanding sport as the serene sound of the waves is mixed with both the cheers of the excited crowd and the spike of the volleyball over the net. After the games are over, you can relax by the water and soak up some sun.
