Work Up an Appetite and Head to the Original Oyster House

Gulf Shores & Orange Beach is the place to be for sports fans in November. We’re kicking things off with the SEC Women’s Soccer Championship on November 2nd through the 6th, followed by the Alabama Adult Combo Tennis State Championships November 3rd through 6th, and the Alabama Soccer Festival November 4th through 6th. Other upcoming November events include the Professional Redfish Series Championship November 10th to 13th, the Kaiser Realty Coastal Half Marathon on November 26th, and the NAIA Men’s Soccer National Championships November 27th to December 3rd.

With all the activity going on, fans and athletes alike are sure to work up an appetite, making the Original Oyster House both a tasty option and an appropriate sponsor of the Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Sports Commission.

Two restaurant locations offer two scenic views: one overlooks Mobile Bay in Mobile, and the other overlooks Big Lagoon in Gulf Shores. But nice views and a casual atmosphere are only part of the dining experience; delicious food makes up the rest. The restaurants offer a variety of foods, from steak and chicken selections to a wide variety of seafood dishes.

And of course, there is no shortage of oysters at the Original Oyster House. Get them baked, deep fried, or simply on the half shell—whatever suits your palate.
